Horizon Teachers is currently recruiting enthusiastic, motivated graduates to work as Graduate Teaching Assistants in a supportive and vibrant secondary school in Camden, starting in September 2025.As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll gain invaluable classroom experience, support students with their learning, and work closely with experienced teachers to develop your own skills a perfect stepping stone into teacher training or a career in education.About the Role:

Supporting pupils aged 1116 in class and in small groups
Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management
Working closely with subject teachers and SEN departments
Providing pastoral support and acting as a positive role model
Ideal for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or youth workers

Requirements:

A recent graduate (any subject considered; strong academic record preferred)
A genuine passion for working with young people
A desire to pursue a career in education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
