We are a vibrant, inclusive secondary school in Redbridge seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team this September.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support teaching staff across various subjects and year groups

  • Provide one-to-one or small group interventions to help students meet their learning goals

  • Assist with classroom management, lesson preparation, and academic mentoring

  • Work with students with diverse needs, including SEN and EAL pupils

  • Be an integral part of the school's pastoral and academic support system

Ideal Candidate:
  • A recent graduate (2:2 or above) - all degree subjects considered

  • Passionate about education and supporting young people

  • Patient, adaptable, and eager to learn

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Some experience working with children or young people (desirable, not essential)

  • Considering a career in teaching or education
