Passionate about supporting students and helping them thrive?Horizon Teachers are looking for a committed KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Hackney.This full-time role focuses on supporting pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour. We're seeking someone resilient and ready to make a real impact.If you're eager to help children reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:·Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs, helping them engage positively in their learning.·Support the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour and creating a calm, inclusive learning environment.·Implement strategies and interventions designed to improve behaviour, self-regulation, and social skills.·Encourage pupil independence, helping them to develop confidence and coping skills inside and outside the classroom.Benefits from the role:·You'll be working alongside experienced staff who can offer guidance and support.
