We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive 3-form entry primary school in the heart of Walthamstow, who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a fixed-term 1-year contract.

The successful candidate will support children across Reception to Key Stage 1, providing tailored SEN support to help pupils thrive in their learning and development.

Key Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
  • Experience of working with children in Early Years and/or Key Stage 1.
  • A strong understanding of play-based, child-centred learning.
  • Ability to provide targeted SEN support while enabling children to access the wider curriculum.
  • Flexible, patient, and able to adapt support to individual needs.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
