Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 or small group interventions focused on emotional regulation, social skills and resilience.
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress, behaviour, and emotional needs, maintaining accurate records.
  • Promote a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment that supports positive outcomes.
  • Use de-escalation and positive behaviour support techniques in line with the school's behaviour policy.
