About the Role:We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and nurturing Teaching Assistants to work closely with class teachers across Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. These roles offer the chance to support whole-class learning, small group interventions, and individual pupil needs - ideal for someone with a flexible and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-class support under the guidance of the class teacher

  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities

  • Support pupils with varying abilities and learning needs

  • Help create a positive, stimulating and safe learning environment

  • Contribute to the daily routines of the classroom (e.g., reading, phonics, creative tasks)

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children in a school, nursery or childcare setting

  • A caring, enthusiastic and adaptable attitude

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for education and child development

  • Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
