Are you an experienced and compassionate Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference? SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working exclusively with a warm and welcoming primary school in Hackney, currently seeking a Year 4 TA to join their team immediately.

This exciting opportunity involves working across two Year 4 classes, with part of the role focused on 1:1 support for a pupil with a diagnosis of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school prides itself on its supportive and inclusive ethos, and staff work closely together to create a positive environment where every child can thrive.

The Role:

  • Supporting learning across two vibrant Year 4 classes
  • Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with SEMH needs
  • Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO
  • Helping to implement tailored strategies to support behaviour and learning
  • Term time hours: 8:30am - 3:50pm, Monday to Friday for the Summer Term
