Supply Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

Teaching assistant to support pupils across different year groups with general learning, emotional, and behavioural needs.

Teaching assistant to work 1:1 with students or assist small groups within the classroom.

Follow teacher-led plans and assist in maintaining a productive learning environment.

Step in at short notice and adapt to new settings confidently.
Supply Teaching Assistant - Requirements:

Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar role in a primary school setting.

A flexible, reliable approach with a calm and professional manner.

Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply via Reeson.
