Teaching Assistant - The Role
- Full-time Teaching Assistant role in a Year 3 class, from September 2025 to July 2026
- Support the class teacher with daily lesson delivery, ensuring the classroom is well-organised and productive
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them progress academically and socially
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment
- Support the emotional development and wellbeing of students in the classroom

- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is ideal, especially within primary schools
- Ability to support students with varying needs, both academically and socially

- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm
- Enthusiasm for supporting children in their learning journey
