We work with a variety of welcoming and inclusive schools in the Camden borough that are looking for enthusiastic support staff to join their teams and make a difference in children's learning every day.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience working in a primary school or nursery setting

A genuine passion for supporting young learners

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Confidence in supporting learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Desirable:

SEN experience

Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Experience with phonics (Read Write Inc. or similar)
