SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Lambeth, South LondonSalary: £85 - £105 per day (dependent on experience)Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time OnlyStart Date: Immediate or September 2025

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, both 1:1 and in small groups

Assist with implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

Help students develop confidence, independence, and life skills
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEND (in a school or similar setting)

Calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

Relevant training (e.g., Team Teach, PECS, Makaton) is a bonus but not essential
