A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil on a 1:1 basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's educational journey.

- Provide tailored support to a Year 4 pupil with additional learning needs
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies
- Foster a positive, nurturing environment that encourages confidence and independence
- Monitor progress and contribute to regular reviews and planning
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a primary school setting, ideally supporting SEN pupils
- Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
