Pay: 95-114 per day
SANZA Teaching Agency is exclusively recruiting for a full-time, experienced Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded Outstanding, 1 form entry primary school in the heart of Hackney.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a warm, supportive and popular school community that is well known for its positive ethos, high standards and strong staff teamwork. The school is very centrally located with excellent transport links, making it easily accessible from across London.
Trial Days: Taking place WC 5th January
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous, relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant (essential)
- Be confident supporting learning in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4
- Be competent supporting all children, including those with SEND
- Demonstrate strong, positive behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups and within the whole class
- Be proactive, reliable and a committed team player
- Show a genuine passion for helping children thrive both academically and socially
