We are on the lookout for a dedicated Year 5 Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

Role Highlights:

Collaborative Teamwork: Join a team of three TAs working across two Year 5 classes, ensuring seamless support and collaboration.

Group Leadership: Take charge of small group sessions, fostering a focused and interactive learning environment.

Classroom Support: Work closely with the class teacher to enhance teaching and learning activities.

Individual Attention: Offer one-to-one support to students who need additional assistance.

Key Duties:

Support and monitor students' academic and social development.

Support in the preparation and organisation of resources and materials for lessons and activities.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Provide constructive feedback to teachers on student progress and development.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting, or a graduate with aspirations of becoming a teacher.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to student success.

Strong organizational skills for managing small group activities and classroom resources.
