Commercial Administrator - Social Housing

£35,000 - £45,000

Our client is an innovative, and award winning Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance Contractor who are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join their growing team.

Working alongside a busy Commercial Manager, you will manage a range of administrative tasks that support their role.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of weekly / monthly reports both internally and to Clients.
  • Supporting in pricing of Tender opportunities.
  • Supporting the development of contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Reviewing and commenting on the financial performance of various contracts.
  • Ensuring records and compliance is kept up to date.

Key skills:

  • A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a commercial focused role in the Construction industry.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced team environment.

Salary & Benefits
