Looking to recruit a Commercial Assistant to join a leading Property Maintenance Contractor based in East London areas
responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents to ensure costs are tracked and processed in a timely manner.
- Evaluate supplier costs, negotiate pricing, and ensure financial adherence to contractual agreements.
- Update client systems, Identify trends, and produce reports to support decision-making and compliance.
- Assist in pulling together information for contract KPI’s as required, reporting into a Commercial Manager
requirements:
- Previous experience of an administrative role in Social housing/ Maintenance
- Knowledge of SOR codes
- Proficient in using relevant software for data entry and document management
