Join our dynamic and professional examination team as an Online Test Administrator. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, organised, and capable of working under pressure. You will play a crucial part in overseeing examinations, ensuring a supportive and understanding environment for younger learners.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee the administration of online tests at designated campus locations.
  • Ensure the examination environment is properly set up and maintained according to guidelines.
  • Monitor examinations to prevent cheating and ensure all procedures are followed.
  • Assist with the setup of examination rooms, including the arrangement of computers and other necessary equipment.
  • Provide necessary support and guidance to students during examinations.
  • Manage the distribution and collection of examination materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Empathetic and understanding approach, especially when dealing with younger learners.
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks.
  • No prior experience necessary as full training will be provided, but previous experience as an invigilator or in a similar role is advantageous.

Additional Information:

  • This is a part-time role with 21 hours per week.
  • Please note that lunch breaks are unpaid and should not be claimed on weekly timesheets.
