Academic Mentors play a vital role in driving progress for pupils who need it most, particularly in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science. By providing targeted small-group and one-to-one interventions, Academic Mentors help improve student confidence, understanding, and outcomes, making a lasting impact on their educational journey.
About the Role:

Support pupils across KS3 and KS4, particularly those with gaps in learning

Deliver structured academic interventions under the guidance of experienced teachers
