NonStop Care are working with a Good ofsted Local Authority who are looking for a full-time permanent Assistant Team Manager to lead a Children in Care team, based in the Southeast. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality social care services, promoting positive outcomes, and managing complex cases with rigor and compassion.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Child protection, Care proceedings, Leadership and Management.
  • Recognised Social Work qualification with current Social Work England registration
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
