About the Role fo Deputy Care Manager:

You'll play a key part in the day-to-day management of our domiciliary care service across South London, ensuring clients receive exceptional care and our care professionals are well-supported.

You will:

Lead and manage a team of care professionals

Drive service growth and maintain high standards

Oversee recruitment, training and staff performance

Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in home care or domiciliary care management

A people-focused approach and strong leadership skills

Experience in staff recruitment and supervision

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
