We are seeking an exceptional Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, 30+ bed service rated good by the CQC. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader with strong clinical knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of home management, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and commercial performance. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Regional Manager who covers just two sites, offering plenty of guidance and operational support.

While you do not need to be a nurse, applicants must have proven experience within a clinical setting, such as a private hospital, rehabilitation unit, or care home. Professionals such as experienced Physiotherapists with CQC exposure are welcome to apply. Experience in rehabilitation services is highly desirable, though not essential.

The successful Nursing Home Manager will demonstrate a track record of stability, strong leadership, and the ability to build relationships that attract private clients.
