Our client, based in London, is a building services and environmental engineering consultancy dedicated to developing innovative and sustainable engineering solutions. As a result of their continued success, they are expanding their management team to focus on growth in London and beyond and are looking to hire an experienced Associate Director (Electrical).

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as project lead on flagship projects, overseeing design, project management, and site coordination.
- Lead electrical design reviews across residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare projects.
- Develop project scope, budgeting, and reporting.
- Implement and oversee successful design solutions for a variety of projects.
- Oversee resource management, ensuring efficient team allocation and successful project delivery.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineering staff to support career development.
- Assist management with business development and financial control activities.
Previous Experience/Qualifications:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with Chartered status.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience at a senior level, ideally within a leading UK M&E consultancy.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial projects in the UK.
- Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
- The ability to drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Proficiency in delivering technical reports, presentations, and specifications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Additional Information:
- Please note this is a full-time, permanent role, on-site in London. Monday to Friday, 27.5 hours per week with flexitime.
