The Role
You'll take ownership of electrical design and delivery across multiple projects. Steering scope, quality and programme, while developing client relationships and mentoring engineers.
You will:
路Lead electrical design from concept to delivery, ensuring compliance with UK regs and best practice.
路Coordinate with MEP, structures and architecture to produce integrated, buildable solutions.
路Guide and mentor engineers; review designs, calculations and drawings for QA.
路Attend sites for surveys, technical reviews and progress checks.
路Prepare specifications, calculations and reports; present clearly to clients and stakeholders.
路Contribute to bids, fee proposals and resourcing, helping to grow the team.
路Champion sustainability, driving energy-efficient, low-carbon outcomes in every scheme.

What You'll Bring
路Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related).
路Solid consultancy experience in building services design.
路Strong grasp of UK regulations and industry standards.
路Proficiency with tools such as Dialux, Amtech, AutoCAD (Revit a plus).
路Confident communicator who can manage multiple projects and lead client conversations.
路Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for developing others.
路CEng (or actively working towards it).
