Are you an experienced electrical design engineer looking to work on exciting, high-profile developments across the UK for a company offering excellent professional growth?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy as part of their dynamic MEP team. You'll support the delivery of innovative building services design projects for commercial offices, residential schemes (including BTR/PRS/student accommodation), retail and industrial spaces, as well as technical due diligence and decarbonisation strategies.

This leading independent consultancy has over 50 years experience and a strong reputation in the commercial property sector, with landmark projects including Anfield Stadium and Wimbledon. As part of their Engineering and Sustainability Hub, you'll work alongside experts UK-wide in a flexible, people-first culture. They're also B Corp certified, with a firm focus on social and environmental impact.

This is the ideal role for a proactive, client-focused engineer who wants to take ownership of their work, contribute to a growing team, and progress towards Chartership in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Role

  • Deliver electrical designs for a variety of commercial and residential projects
  • Attend site inspections and client meetings
  • Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and reports
  • Support surveys, due diligence and project monitoring
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

The Person

  • Experience in building services design (consultancy or contractor background)
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical/Building Services Engineering
  • Proficient in BS 7671 and design tools (Amtech, Dialux, Revit etc.)
  • Working towards or keen to achieve Chartership (support provided)
