A leading facilities management company is seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to join their maintenance team at a prestigious commercial site in Central London. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all electrical systems and equipment.

Respond to reactive maintenance requests and fault-finding.

Support other engineering staff and contractors on site.

Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Requirements:

City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation / Engineering.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.

Strong knowledge of building services systems.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
