This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join our client's commercial maintenance team, you'll be joining a well respected, long standing company who provide excellent packages (Including a pension scheme of up to 15%, private health and dental care, LV training, ability to buy and sell holiday and more!), as well as the necessary opportunities to progress further in your career!This is an excellent role for an Electrical Engineer looking to join an experienced team, work on a high end commercial site and be be valued as part of a team.For this Electrical Engineer role, you will ensure that all planned preventive and reactive maintenance is carried out on electrical systems, carry out general building maintenance tasks, respond to client needs, update site logbooks, actively troubleshoot / fault find and ensure you're representing our client in a positive manner.To be successful in this Electrical Engineer role, you must be fully qualified in electrical engineering / installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years of commercial experience, live within commutable distance to Canary Wharf and have a good understanding of commercial plant systems.Electrical Engineer Duties:

  • PPMs & Reactive maintenance
  • Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, Pumps, BMS Operation
  • Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
  • Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
  • Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
  • Completing logbooks and RAMS
  • Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in electrical installations / engineering (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent / higher)
  • At least 3 years experience as an Electrical Engineer within commercial maintenance
  • Live within commutable distance to site
  • Good understanding of commercial M&E systems.

Salary and Package:
