We are working with a leading service provider who is seeking a dependable and experienced Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across a portfolio of commercial buildings in Central London. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety, independence, and working in a fast-paced city environment—without the need to drive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across multiple commercial sites, travelling on foot or via public transport
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out safe, effective repairs
• Complete minor installations, upgrades, and remedial works
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards
• Maintain accurate job records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company across high-profile London sites

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience in commercial building maintenance (FM background preferred)
• Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently
• Professional communication and customer-facing skills
• Comfortable navigating Central London without the use of a van
