Sonic Summary

The position is for an Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer in West London, offering a salary between £43,000 and £48,000 per annum plus a travel card.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in building services maintenance, particularly with an electrical bias and 18th edition certification.
Responsibilities include performing PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E services, as well as general building maintenance tasks for prestigious blue-chip clients.
Candidates must possess a driving license as they will be provided with a company car for call-outs, which operate on a 1 in 7 rota.
The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, 25 days of annual leave, a pension and healthcare plan, and opportunities for overtime.

Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer – West London – 43-48K & Travel cardI am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who are currently looking for an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services to work across a cluster of prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients in the West Central London area.This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background looking to join a small, growing maintenance company who offer training and personal development, you will be expected to carry out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.The ideal candidate would have a driving license as they would be supplied with an estate car to take part in the company call out rota which is currently 1 in 7.You will be providing the following duties but not limited to:

PPM's and Reactive maintenance across M&E Services - Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
General building services tasks
Landlord and Tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
Working as part of a small maintenance team Requirements
Client Facing
Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
Electrical bias 18th edition
Building services/facilities maintenance background

Salary & Package:

43-48K per annum + Travel/Oyster Card with company car supplied for call out.
Hours Monday to Friday - 08:00 -16:30.
25 Days Annual leave + bank holiday
Pension & healthcare plan
Plenty of OT - 1.5 in week, Saturdays & X2 Sundays & bank Responsibilities
