We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a high end residential property based in Southbank, you'll receive a generous salary, an out standing package including a pension scheme of up to 14%, private health and dental care, childcare and additional training. You'll be joining a well renowned business, known for their high staff retention rate.In this role as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, actively fault find and troubleshoot, diagnose faults, carry out general building maintenance, update site logbooks and ensure you are keeping the client satisfied with the service provided.This is a static role, following a fixed Monday - Friday schedule, 45 hour working week The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be fully qualified in Electrical installations / Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent), have at least 3 years experience within commercial maintenance, possess a great understanding of building services, live within commutable distance and have an excellent client facing attitude.Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:

  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • Electrical Fault-Finding
  • Single & Three Phase Power
  • Emergency Lighting
  • Fire Alarms
  • BMS Operation
  • AHUs
  • FCUs
  • Generators
  • VAV/VRFs
  • Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
  • Cooling Towers
  • Pumps & Motors
  • Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

  • Qualified in Electrical Engineering - Installations / Engineering, (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
  • Live within commutable distance
  • Client facing attitude
  • Experience working in a high end residential role would be advantageous, not essential

Salary and Package:

  • £47,000 per annum
