Copello have partnered with an Engineering business who are recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join their team in designing, developing, and delivering specialist control and monitoring systems, SCADA, and integrated M&E systems for large scale infrastructure projects.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and testing of SCADA / PLC systems, including VSDs and LV panels, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with client technical and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance of SCADA / PLC systems, including call outs, fault diagnosis, and installation / commissioning
  • Act as an LV competent person or LV Authorised person for VSDs and LV panels
  • Conduct NIC EIC inspections
  • Liaise with Software Engineers to assist with testing and fault finding
  • Ensure compliance with SHEQ systems and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Proactively engage with team members to support a continuous improvement program

Qualifications & Skills required:
  • Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, HNC, or Degree ECS level 3 or equivalent)
  • General M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) maintenance experience
  • Experience in maintenance and testing of SCADA / PLC and HMI
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, including panel drawings and SLDs
  • Ability to follow and fault find SCADA/PLC and M&E systems
  • Good use of IT skills
