Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

45,000 - 47,000 + optional overtime

Static site - Central London

  • Carry out lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballast changes, control panel work, and power distribution.
  • Service air conditioning systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), performing filter changes and cleaning.
  • Undertake water treatment tasks, such as temperature checks
  • Monitor the BMS system, including temperature checks for hot and cold water.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors as needed.
  • Maintain and update site logbooks regularly.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
  • 18th Edition
