Company Overview:
My client are looking to take on experienced multi skilled maintenance electrician to work on a large commercial site in the City.
- Salary 40,000 - 45,000
- Static Site - Commercial building in the City of London
- Monday - Friday (Plenty of overtime available in evenings & weekend)
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
- Generators
- Air Conditioning Units
- BMS lighting system's
- Sprinkler systems
- VRV's
- Plant rooms
- Ahus
- Reactive maintenance
Requirements:
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
- 17th/18th edition
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
