£44,000–£46,000 + overtime available

We are recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join the on-site engineering team at 99 Kensington High Street. This is a well-run commercial building with a stable workload focused on electrical PPM and remedial works.
This is a Monday–Friday days role with optional overtime for engineers who want to boost their income.

The role
As the on-site Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day electrical upkeep of the building.
Duties include:

Electrical PPM across building services systems

Electrical fault finding and remedial works

Lighting, power, distribution boards, containment and small installs

Working under permits, RAMS and site procedures

Completing job sheets and compliance documentation properly

Liaising with the client and managing subcontractors when required
What we’re looking for

Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations
-
Proven experience delivering PPM and electrical remedials

Background in commercial buildings or facilities management

Professional, client-facing approach
