Job Title: Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Prestigious static events site, West London (with occasional cover)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (times may vary due to events)
Salary: 42,000 - 44,500 + van & fuel card

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to take sole responsibility for our on-site team at a world-class events venue in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own workload in a dynamic environment, ensuring all systems are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the sole engineer on a single-person site, taking full ownership of all engineering tasks.
Carrying out all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), including all electrical PPMs and compliance checks.
Conducting routine water hygiene tasks, such as recording tap temperatures and water blockages.
Performing reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on single and three-phase systems, power, lighting, and emergency systems.
Providing flexible mobile holiday cover for 5 other sites on the contract as required.
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with current health and safety regulations (BS 7671).
Maintaining accurate records for the site logbooks and completing all necessary job sheets.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent NVQ).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification.
