Are you a self-sufficient Electrical Engineer looking for an autonomous, site-based role with variety?

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to take sole responsibility for our on-site team at a world-class events venue in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own workload in a dynamic environment, ensuring all systems are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the sole engineer on a single-person site, taking full ownership of all engineering tasks.

  • Carrying out all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), including all electrical PPMs and compliance checks.

  • Conducting routine water hygiene tasks, such as recording tap temperatures and water blockages.

  • Performing reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on single and three-phase systems, power, lighting, and emergency systems.

  • Providing flexible mobile holiday cover for 5 other sites on the contract as required.

  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with current health and safety regulations (BS 7671).

  • Maintaining accurate records for the site logbooks and completing all necessary job sheets.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent NVQ).

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification.
