We are actively seeking highly-skilled and motivated engineers from a military background for a prestigious Electrical Shift Engineer role.

This is an outstanding opportunity for engineers who are currently serving (and approaching discharge) or have recently left the Royal Navy, Army (REME / Royal Engineers), or the RAF.

We understand the value of your technical training, discipline, and problem-solving abilities. We offer a clear pathway to transition these skills into a stable, high-paying, and rewarding civilian career in the corporate engineering sector.

  • Monitoring the building's critical systems, including UPS, generators, and LV/HV switchgear.

  • Responding to all building alarms and plant-room issues.

  • Overseeing and supporting specialist sub-contractors.

  • Ensuring all work is logged and compliant with strict Health & Safety standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • We strongly encourage applications from Service Leavers and Ex-Forces personnel.

  • Must hold a full electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, BTEC, HNC/HND, or equivalent military technical qualifications).

  • Demonstrable experience in electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and power distribution.

  • Experience gained in the Armed Forces (Navy, Army, RAF) is highly desirable.
