About the Role

Experienced HVAC Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join their team, delivering first-class service across high-end residential properties in London. You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and reactive repair of a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring premium service levels for a discerning client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC equipment within luxury residential properties
  • Deliver reactive and emergency repairs with a strong focus on first-time fix
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across systems including:
    • AHUs (Air Handling Units)
    • Pumps
    • Chillers
    • Fan coil units (FCUs)
    • Boilers and plant equipment (advantageous)
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and client expectations
  • Maintain clear and detailed reporting via job sheets and digital systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service in occupied residential environments
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer in a similar electrical/mechanical service role
  • Strong background in diagnosing and repairing AHUs, pumps, and chiller systems
  • Recognised HVAC, mechanical, or electrical engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
  • Full UK driving licence
