Junior Automation QA Engineer

Are you passionate about quality engineering and automation? We're looking for a Junior Automation QA Engineer to join our client, to help drive the development of their test automation coverage. You'll work closely with a skilled QA team, contributing to the Python-based automation framework and helping ensure a smooth, reliable user experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with the QA automation team to expand test coverage
  • Writing and maintaining test scripts in Python
  • Using debugging tools to analyse data flows
  • Supporting a high-quality release pipeline through automation
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Some experience with QA automation (Python preferred)
  • Familiarity with mobile automation tools is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug API or network issues using proxy tools
  • Understanding of SDLC, QA processes and testing methodologies
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative

Please note: This is an initial 12 month contract, deemed inside IR35 and will require hybrid working in London.
