Location: West London (Critical Hospital Environment)
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our team in a critical hospital environment in West London. This is a key leadership position where you will oversee electrical systems that are vital to patient care and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical building services across the hospital estate.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee maintenance, testing, and upgrades of electrical infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
- Respond promptly to critical issues to maintain uninterrupted hospital operations.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
- Proven experience in electrical systems within healthcare or other critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of HTM (Health Technical Memoranda) and relevant UK regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects.
