Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer Facilities Management Ealing Broadway, London.
Due to recent growth, my client is currently seeking to employ a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance operations across a high-end residential contract in Ealing, London managing 1x Maintenance Engineer.
This role would suit an individual with strong organisation abilities, experience in managing compliance and paperwork, and good people / customer service skills dealing directly with the client on site.
Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job Specification:
- To perform Daily, weekly and monthly PPM's
- Responsible for reactive maintenance and remedial works
- Responding to breakdowns and emergency call outs
- Collaborating with the on-site engineer with AC & Building Services related tasks
- Managing contractors and organising workloads
- Lighting, sockets, servicing, fault finding, inspection and testing etc.
Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer Salary & Package:
- £45,000.00 - 47,000.00 Per Annum
- Monday-Friday / 08:00-17:00
- 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
- 3% Company Penson Contribution
- Overtime Available
- Training and Progression Provided
- Company Phone, Uniform etc. Provided
- Parking Available on-site
- No Call Out
The Person:
- Level 2 and/ or 3 in Electrical Installations (or Equivalent)
- Basic electrical maintenance knowledge and experience.
- Basic building services knowledge and experience.
- Flexibility to support the building service team.
- Good customer care skills.
- Demonstrable knowledge of statutory requirements.
