An industry-leading consultancy is looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to deliver end-to-end Microsoft Cloud solutions across enterprise clients. This individual will shape technology strategy, lead delivery teams, and design best-in-class solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with both business and technical stakeholders to define the future product strategy and technology roadmap, helping clients unlock the full value of Microsoft technologies.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and governance of innovative, end-to-end technical solutions using Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft stack, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards from inception through to completion.
  • Coordinate technical workstreams across programmes, ensuring the integration and success of the overall solution, and lead multi-disciplinary project delivery teams.
  • Utilise extensive knowledge across the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, to deliver tailored and impactful business solutions.
  • Lead the configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365, including plugins, JavaScript, and custom workflow assemblies, while integrating extended Azure and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Work with advanced technologies across the Microsoft ecosystem such as Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), Azure LogicApps, Service Bus, WebJobs, and beyondincorporating AI, IoT, and RPA into cutting-edge digital transformation solutions.
  • Operate within high-performing consultancy teams, contributing to successful outcomes across digital, application, and infrastructure projects.
  • Support internal practice development initiatives, sharing knowledge and driving innovation within the Microsoft practice.
  • Take part in pre-sales engagements, contributing to client proposals, estimations, and technical solutioning.


Required Experience & Skills:

  • Eligible for Security Clearance (SC)minimum of 5 years continuous UK residency and a valid UK passport.
  • Strong background in a client-facing or professional services role, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience across the wider Microsoft 365 and Azure stack, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Azure LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and WebJobs.
  • Expert in the design and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions, including hands-on experience in configuration (forms, workflows, business rules, etc.) and custom development using plugins and workflow assemblies.
  • Skilled in authoring detailed solution documentation and presenting technical decisions clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales, bid writing, and estimation to project management and delivery.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
