- Leading and contributing to detailed electrical designs across various project types
- Attending client and design meetings, both in person and virtually
- Mentoring junior team members and reviewing their work
- Writing reports, carrying out calculations, and engaging in site-based inspections
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, sustainability and BIM specialists
- Delivering technically sound and sustainable engineering solutions
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or similar
- Progress towards CEng status with IET, CIBSE or IMechE
- Proficiency in Amtech and lighting design software
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
- Experience across multiple sectors is ideal (e.g. commercial, healthcare, residential)
- Familiarity with Revit/CAD is a plus, though not essential
- £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
