Electrical Building Services Engineer Opportunity
Location: London (Studio-Based)
Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (38-hour week, core hours 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

What You'll Do
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from concept design to commissioning, delivering high-quality building services engineering.
- Produce detailed electrical system designs and calculations using Revit and Amtech, ensuring exceptional building performance.
- Incorporate sustainable technologies to minimise embodied carbon and achieve net-zero goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, representing the company with professionalism.
- Deliver and review high-quality reports, specifications, schedules, models, and drawings.
- Implement system improvements and uphold QA standards.
- Manage Revit inputs for design production and adapt to evolving project needs.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc).
- Working towards or a Chartered Member of CIBSE, IET, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Building Services Engineering.
- Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in electrical system design and proficiency in Revit and Amtech.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and practical skills, with a fresh approach to design.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams, clients, and external partners.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring work meets company standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and priorities.
- Proactive in building client relationships and supporting team development.
- Experience with Arts, Culture, or Heritage projects is a bonus but not essential.
