Senior Electrical Design EngineerOffice Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: £55k - £70k We’re partnering with a highly regarded building services consultancy that’s entering an exciting phase of growth. With a newly strengthened leadership team and a vibrant, collaborative office culture, they’re expanding their project portfolio and investing heavily in their people. As part of this journey, they are looking for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join their growing MEP team.The Role:You’ll take the lead on electrical design for a wide range of projects across Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Science & Research sectors. In addition to project delivery, you’ll be involved in mentoring junior team members, engaging with clients, and contributing to the overall success and direction of the team.With support from specialists in sustainability and building physics, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that delivers forward-thinking, technically excellent solutions.As the London office continues to evolve and grow, there is huge potential for personal and career progression, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a more senior role and grow with the business.What They’re Looking For:

Solid experience in electrical building services design across a variety of sectors
A strong understanding of M&E coordination and design principles
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to project leadership
A passion for innovation, sustainability, and high-quality design
