As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in leading projects from concept to completion, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior engineers. What you'll be doing:
- Leading mechanical design across a variety of building services projects
- Taking responsibility for project delivery, coordination, and client liaison
- Supporting the growth of the London office and contributing to wider business development initiatives
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Driving sustainable and innovative engineering solutions across all projects
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within a building services consultancy
- Track record of delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
- Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and inspire teams
- Chartered, or working towards Chartership (CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a client-focused mindset
