Electrical Associate - London (Hybrid) - To 75K

Due to succession planning, this well-known building services consultancy are looking for an Electrical Associate for their London office.

Established in the UK 50 years ago, they now operate from five regional offices and constantly win awards from RIBA or CIBSE, for their contribution to addressing the Energy Performance gap in Buildings. And rather than just offering design services, they also have an established facilities management and building performance team inhouse, and can offer clients a total solution to a building's entire lifecycle.

As an Electrical Associate you'll be responsible for leading projects, overseeing the team of Electrical Engineers (Currently four engineers in London) and ensuring they continue to produce innovative, low energy solutions.

Current projects include labs, science and research facilities, hospitals, low energy university campuses and high spec, high tech commercial offices across London, Oxfordshire, and East Anglia.

Here, you'll work on both early-stage (feasibility / concept) and detailed design and enjoy a level of flexibility and autonomy that is directly linked to your own preferences.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years' experience in building services.
  • Previous experience working for a consultancy or design and build contractor.
  • Previous experience leading a team, and leading projects.
  • Able to work in the UK without the need to be sponsored.
