Would you like the opportunity to be a part of a project for one of the most successful food manufacturers in the country and have exposure writing specifications for the leading retailers? If you would like to be part of an exciting project and help launch of new products then please keep reading!

The role is completely remote apart from the 1st week of training and the occasional team meeting. If you have previous experience working with retailers and previous experience writing specifications then you are perfect for this role!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing finished product specifications, ensuring customer requirements are met
  • Reviewing and completing artwork checks
  • Keeping retailer online systems tidy, updated, and accurate
  • Acting as a point of contact internally and externally, contributing to customer audits and site visits
  • Getting hands-on with audits as part of our internal audit team
  • Supporting the team with admin duties for customer complaints, KPIs, and technical data
  • Helping maintain our Quality Management System and staying on top of our nutritional verification schedules
  • Jumping in to assist with any other Technical Services duties when needed

What they are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Specifications Technologist role
  • Strong background in specification writing and product specification management
  • This role could also suit a Food Science graduate
  • A confident, clear, and articulate communicator
  • Solid computer skills
  • Able to analyse information accurately and present findings clearly and professionally
  • Organised and resilient
