We currently have a great opportunity for a Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join an established and reputable maintenance provider to cover a portfolio of sites across London. Working Monday to Friday, 8-5, the role will cover planned and reactive maintenance building services on commercial properties, working for a maintenance provider who are continuing to be awarded new contracts and grow as a business.
Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and HVAC systems, being able to work independently whilst also being able to work part of a team. Engineers should have at least three years commercial building services maintenance sector with no qualifications needed, however electrical, mechanical, A/C, plumbing qualifications will be beneficial.

Requirements
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds in Electrical Installations, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, Air Conditioning or any other relevant qualification)
- Apprentice trained - desirable
- Building Services Maintenance experience
- Client facing
- Experience with paperwork including log books
Salary and Benefits
- Monday to Friday, 8-5 working week
- £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
