We are seeking experienced and qualified COMPEX Electricians to join our growing team in London. As a COMPEX Electrician, you will be working on a variety of electrical installations and maintenance projects, particularly in hazardous areas. The successful candidates will have the ability to work safely and efficiently in a range of environments while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Key Requirements:
- COMPEX Certification(must be up to date)
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations(must be current)
- ECS Card(must be valid)
- COMPEX 9 & 10(must have specific certification for working in explosive atmospheres)
- Previous experience in hazardous areas and installation projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in hazardous areas
- Ensuring compliance with the latest regulations and safety standards
- Performing risk assessments and ensuring the safety of yourself and others
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults
- Documenting and reporting work completed
- Collaborating with other trades and project teams
