The Company:

You will be joining a large and well-established train operating business responsible for maintaining and operating overground passenger trains across London and the South East. The company manages a significant portion of the UK's passenger rail services and offers a professional, safety-focused working environment.
The Role:

Following two days of training, your primary responsibilities will involve downloading train diagnostic data and performing minor electrical rectification. You will work within a small, two-person team and be expected to operate independently once trained.

Key Duties:

* Fault finding and general maintenance of rolling stock
* Service preparations and exam work
* Using a laptop to run diagnostic checks and identify faults
* Following routine maintenance instructions and completing checks
* Downloading train diagnostic data and performing minor rectification

Requirements:

* Experience working on Electrostar units
* Proven diagnostics and fault-finding experience
* Strong electrical maintenance and repair background
* Ability to work unsupervised and to a high technical standard
* Must pass a medical and drugs and alcohol test before starting
