Installation & Maintenance Electrician / Lead electrician - Temp to Perm - London - 35-37.50 ph

We are looking for an experienced Installation & Maintenance Electrician for a temp-to-perm role covering Central London, working across commercial installation and facilities maintenance projects ideally lead electrician.
- Pay rate: 35-37.50 per hour (temp-to-perm)
- Location: Central London (foot-mobile role with access to company van when required)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out both installation projects and FM works (service & maintenance) across commercial sites, mainly around London Underground lines
- Performing 1st and 2nd fix works, testing, inspection, and fault finding
- Working independently on both planned and reactive works
Requirements:
- Gold JIB Card (essential)
- 2391 (Inspection & Testing) qualification (essential)
- 17th or 18th Edition
- ideally SSSTS
- Solid experience in commercial installation and maintenance (residential-only backgrounds will not be considered)
- Strong background in electrical install projects (switchgear/industrial advantageous)
- Reliable, able to work independently, and flexible to travel between sites
